Was it a Freudian slip when he asked for the 'Christ Experience'? I thought it was just a typo.
But all he could say afterwards was that he had had a religious experience! Nothing like anything he has ever experienced before, in so many ways. On so many levels.
He felt he should 'leave Christ out of it', except there was no mistake that from the depths of him he wanted a religious/spiritual experience, so that's what he got!
